Devils Thumb Ranch is a stunning venue on any day of the year, but when it is covered in a blanket of fresh snow it is something spectacular. Purple Summer Events coordinated and designed this intimate celebration to perfection. It was elevated and luxurious while also being warm and inviting. For Brooke and Jim's florals, we created lush and dramatic arrangements that transitioned from ceremony to reception. The Ceremony took place in the Timber House with bright winter light splashing through the windows . The flowers were overflowing classic in shades of white and ivory with crisp greenery for contrast. Trailing greens hung over their heads while they and their guests were surrounded by low floral hedges.
For a pop of color and drama, we incorporated rich burgundy, navy, and dusty rose shades to her bridal bouquet and reception décor. Her bouquet was almost as much of a knockout as much as Brooke on her wedding day. Roses, garden roses, dahlias, and ranunculus added layers of color and petals, while sweetpea, anemone, flowering pieris, and astrantia added perfect details.
The details of their reception were truly perfect. Above their head table was a lush floral chandelier with greenery and gorgeous blooms. The table was topped with luxurious linens, a mix of floral arrangements, and navy taper candlesticks. A cozy lounge in front of the fireplace was the perfect touch to add warmth and coziness alongside the rich details.
