Meet Emma Owner, Lead Designer She/her
Born and raised in Colorado, I love the outdoors. You can usually find me taking care of my garden, dancing in the kitchen while I try out a new recipe, or loving on my dog, Luna and cat, Cleo.
My husband Patrick and I live in Golden, Colorado where I work from my sweet little garage studio.
I began my design career on a whim after graduating with an Art History degree from CU Boulder. Fate had me on a path towards art and entrepreneurship and it began with the mentorship of a talented and deeply generous woman, Buffy Haramaki. She gave me my foundation and opened me up to this world of flowers.
Emma Lea Floral was born in 2015 as a leap of faith and I have been nurturing and shaping this business ever since. Nothing gives me more satisfaction then helping people see their visions come to life through flowers. Connecting with my clients and learning about what is meaningful to them is what makes the process of designing for events truly special. Flowers are able to communicate in a way that words simply can't and it is a language that I love!

Emma is wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about working with her. I was a bride who had very little direction with where I wanted to go with our florals, and she made the process so easy and fun! She met with me several times throughout the process, showed me idea boards, and was able to take my small ideas and turn them into magnificent pieces. All of my guests praised the work she did... On top of all that, all the pieces photographed wonderfully!

Emma provided only the most beautiful work for our wedding. She was simply a dream to work with! I provided very basic requests and direction, and she was able to bring everything together and really blow us away with the final product. Everything from the bouquets to the flowers for my hair was simply perfect. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for flowers for a special event!!! I should also mention that the system she uses for booking/payments/ideas is great - it is very easy to make payments and track old conversations.

Emma knocked it out of the park for my September wedding. We met a couple times prior to the event and she totally grasped my style and vision even though I had NO idea how to express it.
